I too would like to welcome Tim Brown back to WAIS.

We met long ago through our common friend Bill Ratliff. In those days, Tim and Bill were close friends and worked together for many years. I am certain that losing Bill must have been a special great personal loss to Tim.

JE comments: Like many WAISers, I am still reeling from Bill Ratliff's sudden passing. I hope Tim Brown can send a tribute to our much-missed President Emeritus.
