In his essay below, William Greider (The Nation) has expressed my feelings much better than I have repeatedly been able to do in this Forum. I particularly appreciate his analytical depth and bipartisanship. The only question still remains: What can/are we all good American citizens going to do about it?

JE comments: Greider terms the Trump tax reform plan "tax forgiveness"--for corporations. Are Trumponomics another articulation of trickle-down theory, or a workable strategy for repatriating US corporations and their money?
