Bill Clinton's Birthday (Bienvenido Macario, USA, 08/20/15 6:09 am)

Yesterday (19 August) was Pres. Bill Clinton's 69th birthday.

Below is my birthday greeting to Pres. Bill Clinton.

August 19, 2015

Dear President Bill Clinton,

I wish you a very Happy Birthday! As soon as I repossess my ancestral land, the Philippines I shall invite you, First Lady Hillary Clinton, Chelsea and her family over to the Philippines ASAP.

For now, however, I am in the process of establishing a government-in-exile for my ancestral (Philippines) based in London, UK, and as a Native American.

I wish you and the family the best.

Bienvenido Macario

JE comments: For some time WAISers have been aware of Bienvenido Macario's efforts to establish a government-in-exile for his native Philippines. How exactly does one go about that? WAISers would be interested to learn the particulars. It would seem that before anything, you need some powerful (read: rich) sponsors. All politics work that way.

A very happy birthday to Pres. Clinton, by the way.  Yesterday there was much chuckling on the radio talk shows about Bill turning 69.
